How to Play – Rules, Instructions & Terms

Welcome to our Guess the Price & Win Free Gift Challenge.
Please read the full instructions and terms carefully before participating.

This challenge is designed for viewers/followers who watch our YouTube live/video and then visit our website to identify the same product shown in the video and guess its actual price correctly.

1) HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS

Step 1 – Watch the YouTube Live / Video

We will show a product during our YouTube Live / YouTube Video.

Example:

  • Jhumka
  • Earrings
  • Necklace
  • Women’s fashion accessory
  • Any other product shown in the live/video

Step 2 – Visit the Website Link

A website link will be provided in the YouTube video description / live chat / pinned comment.

Participants must click that link and visit our website.

Step 3 – Open the “Guess the Price & Win Free Gift” Product/Challenge Page

On the website, participants must find the same product shown in the YouTube live/video.

The product shown in the video will also be available on the website for verification and matching.

This allows the participant to:

  • compare the product shown in the video
  • confirm that it is the same product
  • identify the correct product page before participating

Step 4 – Check Product Availability

Participants may participate only if the product is available for stock / purchase at the time of participation.

If the product is shown as:

  • In Stock / Available → you may participate
  • Out of Stock / Unavailable → participation for that product/challenge may not be valid or may not be allowed

The organizer reserves the right to disable or stop the challenge for out-of-stock products.

Step 5 – Default Product Price Will Be Displayed as Rs. 999

For the challenge product, the displayed/default selling price may be shown as:

Rs. 999

This is only the challenge display price for the contest flow.

The participant’s task is to guess the original actual challenge price of the product shown in the video.

Step 6 – Guess the Correct Price in the Coupon Field

To participate, the customer must go to the challenge product page and use the coupon / apply coupon box to enter the guessed price.

Example:

  • Displayed challenge price on website = Rs. 999
  • Actual winning price of the product = Rs. 150

If the participant thinks the correct price is Rs. 150, they must enter:

150

in the coupon field / coupon code box.

Step 7 – If the Guess Is Correct

If the guessed price entered in the coupon field is exactly correct:

  • the coupon will be accepted
  • the product price will become Rs. 0
  • shipping will be free (if the campaign says free shipping applies)
  • the participant can proceed to checkout and place the order normally

This means the participant has successfully won the challenge for that product.

Step 8 – If the Guess Is Wrong

If the guessed price is incorrect:

  • the coupon will not be accepted
  • the system may show “Invalid Coupon”, “Coupon code is not valid”, or a similar message
  • the participant must try again only if attempts are still available

2) IMPORTANT PRICE ENTRY INSTRUCTION

Enter only the price amount in numbers

Do not enter:

  • ₹ symbol
  • Rs
  • commas
  • words
  • spaces before/after if possible

Example:

If you think the price is Rs. 150, enter only:

150

Do not enter:

  • ₹150
  • Rs150
  • Rs.150
  • One Fifty
  • 150 rupees

Only the numeric amount should be entered unless otherwise instructed.

3) EXAMPLE OF THE CHALLENGE

Example Scenario

  • Product shown in YouTube Live: Jhumka
  • Challenge price shown on website: Rs. 999
  • Actual winning price of the product: Rs. 150

To win:

  1. Find the same jhumka shown in the live/video on our website
  2. Open the challenge product page
  3. Enter 150 in the coupon field
  4. If 150 is correct:
    • product price becomes Rs. 0
    • shipping becomes free (if applicable)
    • place the order normally
  5. If 150 is wrong:
    • coupon shows invalid / not accepted

4) RULES TO PLAY THE GAME

Participants must follow all of the following rules:

4.1 Watch the video/live carefully

Participants must watch the YouTube video/live properly and identify the correct product shown by the host.

4.2 Match the product correctly

Participants must ensure that the product selected on the website is the same product shown in the video/live.

This includes checking:

  • product design
  • shape
  • pattern
  • color (if applicable)
  • style
  • product image shown on the website

4.3 Use the correct product page

The guessed price will be valid only for the intended contest product page and/or designated challenge listing.

Entering the guessed price on the wrong product page may not be accepted.

4.4 Participate only while the challenge is active

The challenge is valid only while:

  • the challenge is live/active
  • the product is available
  • the campaign has not been paused, closed, cancelled or stopped

4.5 Only eligible participants should place the order

Participants must provide valid details while placing the order, including:

  • full name
  • valid mobile number
  • valid address
  • valid email address (if required)

4.6 Correct guess must be entered exactly

Only the exact winning price will unlock the product at Rs. 0.

Any other amount will be treated as an incorrect guess.

5) ORDER PROCESS AFTER WINNING

If the participant correctly guesses the price and the product becomes Rs. 0, they may place the order by completing the normal checkout process.

The participant must:

  • add the correct product to cart (if required)
  • apply the guessed price in the coupon field
  • ensure the product becomes Rs. 0
  • complete the checkout process
  • provide correct shipping/contact details

6) DELIVERY OF WINNING PRODUCT

If the winning order is valid and accepted by us, the product will be delivered to the customer within approximately:

15 days from the date/time of successful winning order placement

However, delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • stock availability
  • logistics delays
  • courier delays
  • festival/public holiday delays
  • remote delivery locations
  • force majeure or unexpected operational issues

7) IMPORTANT CONDITIONS FOR FREE GIFT / FREE ORDER

A participant will be considered a valid winner only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • the participant guessed the correct price
  • the product changed to Rs. 0 through the valid coupon/guess process
  • the order was successfully placed through the website
  • complete and accurate customer details were provided
  • the order passed verification / fraud checks / duplicate checks
  • the challenge was still active at the time of checkout
  • the product was in stock at the time of winning
  • there was no technical misuse, manipulation or abuse

8) PARTICIPATION ELIGIBILITY

By participating in this challenge, you confirm that:

  • you are using the website lawfully
  • the details you provide are true and correct
  • you are not using bots, scripts, auto tools or unfair methods
  • you understand that this is a promotional challenge and participation is voluntary
  • you agree to these rules and terms

9) LIMITATION ON ATTEMPTS

Each participant may be allowed only a limited number of attempts per product/challenge.

Example:

  • maximum 3 attempts per mobile number / email / customer / account / order session

The organizer reserves the right to define, change, restrict or remove attempt limits at any time.

10) STOCK AVAILABILITY RULE

Participation is valid only if the contest product is available in stock at the time of participation and order placement.

If the product becomes:

  • out of stock
  • discontinued
  • unpublished
  • removed from website
  • unavailable due to technical issue or inventory mismatch

then:

  • the contest may be paused or cancelled for that product
  • no claim can be made merely because the participant guessed correctly after the stock ended
  • the organizer’s decision on availability and fulfilment shall be final

11) PRICE DISPLAY RULE

The displayed challenge price (for example Rs. 999) is only a promotional challenge price shown for gameplay purposes.

It does not mean that:

  • the actual market value of the product is Rs. 999
  • the actual sale price is Rs. 999
  • the participant is entitled to any claim based on the display price

The winning price is the hidden price predetermined by the organizer for that challenge.

12) COUPON / GUESS ENTRY RULE

The coupon field is being used as the guess entry mechanism for the challenge.

By entering a number in the coupon field, the participant understands that:

  • they are submitting a price guess for the challenge
  • only the exact valid price configured for the challenge will work
  • any incorrect guess may show invalid coupon / invalid code / not applicable message
  • the coupon field is being used for gameplay, not for a traditional public discount coupon

13) WHEN A WIN WILL BE CONSIDERED VALID

A participant will be treated as a valid winner only when all of the following happen successfully:

  1. The participant finds the correct product
  2. The participant enters the correct hidden price
  3. The system accepts the entered amount
  4. The product total becomes Rs. 0
  5. The participant completes checkout successfully
  6. The order is not flagged as duplicate/fraud/abuse/test order
  7. The product remains eligible and available
  8. The organizer approves the winning order as valid

14) ORDER VERIFICATION RIGHTS

We reserve the right to verify any winning order before dispatch.

Verification may include checking:

  • name
  • mobile number
  • email
  • shipping address
  • duplicate entries
  • repeated attempts
  • multiple orders for same contest/product
  • suspicious coupon trials
  • technical misuse or abuse
  • same user using multiple accounts/numbers/emails
  • bot or automated usage

If any order appears suspicious, misleading, fraudulent, abusive or against the rules, we may cancel it without notice.

15) MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS / MISUSE / FRAUD

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • creating multiple fake accounts to increase winning chances
  • using multiple phone numbers / emails dishonestly
  • using bots or scripts
  • sharing leaked winning prices publicly
  • attempting to hack, manipulate, bypass or break the coupon logic
  • placing fake orders
  • giving false address or contact details
  • misusing payment / COD / order systems
  • reselling or exploiting the contest mechanism in bad faith

Any such activity may lead to:

  • disqualification
  • order cancellation
  • blocking from future contests
  • cancellation of coupon benefit
  • refusal of delivery
  • legal action where applicable

16) ORGANIZER’S RIGHT TO MODIFY / PAUSE / STOP THE CONTEST

The organizer reserves the absolute right to:

  • start, pause, modify, extend, shorten or stop the contest at any time
  • change the product under challenge
  • change the winning price
  • change the challenge rules
  • change eligibility criteria
  • change stock/dispatch rules
  • suspend entries due to technical or operational issues
  • reject any entry/order without assigning a reason where misuse, fraud, stock issues or system error is suspected
  • stop the challenge entirely at any time without prior notice

This includes situations such as:

  • product going out of stock
  • website issues
  • plugin/coupon malfunction
  • payment gateway issues
  • incorrect listing
  • human error
  • wrong product upload
  • pricing error
  • inventory mismatch
  • excessive misuse
  • legal/regulatory concerns
  • force majeure events

17) NO GUARANTEE OF CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that:

  • the contest will always remain live
  • the challenge product will remain available
  • the hidden winning price will remain active forever
  • every viewer will get an opportunity to participate
  • the same product will continue in stock until all viewers participate

Participation is strictly subject to:

  • campaign availability
  • stock availability
  • website functionality
  • organizer discretion

18) TECHNICAL ERROR / SYSTEM ERROR

In case of any:

  • technical issue
  • plugin failure
  • coupon error
  • checkout issue
  • price mismatch
  • duplicate order issue
  • display problem
  • server downtime
  • hosting problem
  • internet issue
  • cache or sync issue

the organizer reserves the right to:

  • cancel or reset the challenge
  • invalidate affected attempts/orders
  • correct the issue and restart later
  • reject any order created because of system error

The organizer’s decision in such cases shall be final.

19) DELIVERY, SHIPPING & FULFILMENT DISCLAIMER

Even after a successful winning order, dispatch/delivery may depend on:

  • final order verification
  • stock confirmation
  • address serviceability
  • shipping partner acceptance
  • fraud screening
  • operational feasibility

Estimated delivery timeline:

within 15 days

but delays may occur.

The organizer will not be liable for delays caused by:

  • courier partner
  • weather
  • transport disruption
  • strike
  • lockdown
  • festival rush
  • natural disaster
  • force majeure
  • remote location delivery issues

20) NO CASH ALTERNATIVE

Unless explicitly mentioned by the organizer:

  • the winning product/free gift cannot be exchanged for cash
  • cannot be transferred to another person
  • cannot be converted into wallet balance/store credit unless the organizer chooses to allow it
  • cannot be demanded in any alternate color/model/design unless available and approved

21) FINAL DECISION

All decisions regarding:

  • winner validation
  • product matching
  • correct price acceptance
  • stock availability
  • order approval
  • dispatch eligibility
  • cancellation or rejection of any entry
  • interpretation of rules

shall be at the sole discretion of the organizer, and the organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.

22) TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY

By participating in this challenge, the participant agrees that:

  • they have read and understood these rules
  • they accept all contest instructions, policies and restrictions
  • they agree to the organizer’s decisions
  • they understand that the challenge may be modified, paused or stopped at any time
  • they agree that availability, eligibility and fulfilment are subject to verification
